Terms of trade
The main points of Vörumerking ehf.’s terms for the sale and delivery of print work. The terms apply unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Quotes and contracts
A quote is binding for 14 days from its date. A contract is binding once an order, an accepted quote or a written agreement exists.
Prices
Prices assume cash payment and exclude VAT unless stated otherwise. Extra work caused by insufficient source material or changes after the contract takes effect is not included.
Payment
Payment is due on delivery unless otherwise agreed. We may require prepayment before work begins. Overdue payments may delay production and delivery.
Printing plates
Reprints may require new printing plates. Your sales rep will note this in the quote.
